Day 1 – Chattanooga, TN – Lost Sea Adventure – Historic Read House Inn & Suites
Arriving in Chattanooga, TN this afternoon, your first stop is the Lost Sea Adventure. Enjoy a guided tour of the caverns. While touring the caverns and underground lake our guides will tell of the cavern’s exciting and colorful history. They will also explain the fascinating geological development of the immense cavern rooms and rare formations. At the bottom of the cave you will take a boat ride on The Lost Sea, America’s Largest Underground Lake.
Then check into the Historic Read House Inn & Suites for a three night stay. Discover a unique, historic getaway at The Read House hotel, where modern-day comfort meets timeless Chattanooga charm. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, the landmark property is walking distance from the top attractions in the city. Dinner is included at the hotel this evening. (D)
Day 2 – City Tour – Tennessee Aquarium – Southern Belle Dinner Cruise
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before meeting your local guide for a Chattanooga City Tour. Steeped in a rich history based on its legacy as a major railroad hub, access to the Tennessee River and location at the junction of four major interstates, Chattanooga has received national recognition for the inspiring renaissance of its historic downtown and for its beautiful riverfront development. Learn this and so much more on your three hour driving tour. Some walking may be involved.

Tonight, enjoy a dinner cruise on the Southern Belle. Our dining cruises show off the beauty of both the river and the city, giving you gorgeous views of Chattanooga that you can only experience from the Southern Belle, all while enjoying a fantastic meal! Day 3 – Lookout Mountain Attractions – Dinner Train
Following breakfast you head to Lookout Mountain rising 2,000 feet above sea level and overlooking Chattanooga. The views are as amazing as the attractions that call Lookout Mountain home.
Start with round trip ride on the Incline Railway known as “America’s Most Amazing Mile.” The Incline’s trolley-style cars descends through the natural beauty surrounding historic Lookout Mountain at a breathtaking 72.7% grade – straight down! Sit back, relax and enjoy the scenic views of the mountains and valleys from the observation windows on the train as well as the panoramic views from the observation tower at The Incline’s top station.
Then visit Rock City Gardens a true marvel of nature. It features massive rock formations, gardens with over 400 native plant species and on a clear day a breathtaking “See 7 States” panoramic view.
Finally, visit Ruby Falls. Located over 1120 feet beneath the surface, Ruby Falls is the nation’s largest and deepest waterfall open to the public. Hundreds of gallons of water rush over by the minute and amaze visitors.
End the day with an evening on the Tennessee Valley Dinner Train. Celebrate the adventures of yesteryear on Chattanooga’s iconic railroad, while traveling aboard a restored 1924 dining car where you will enjoy delicious food as you take in the sights.
