This afternoon, you take the Harbor Cruise past Alcatraz, sailing along San Francisco’s waterfront, under the Golden Gate Bridge, along the Marin Headlands, and back to Fisherman’s Wharf. Note it is possible to substitute a cruise that docks at Alcatraz for a tour of the Island Prison – but a lot of walking is required for this tour.
